Our range of belt cleaners apply a light tension to the carry side of a conveyor belt via a screw, spring, air bag or hydraulic cylinder. This tip pressure removes residual fines adhering to the conveyor belt and returns them to the mainstream of the product flow.
Our cold bond cements offer superior bond strength for rubber to rubber, rubber to metal and rubber to fabric for belt splicing. The 2002 product can be used for underground applications. BAM 4004 is free of chlorinated solvents and the 5005 is a one component cement which does not require a hardener. Use our metal primer for all applications when bonding rubber to steel.
